How the Seed Fine Cleaner Works
Feeding & Aspiration: The raw material enters the hopper, where a controlled feed roller distributes it evenly. An initial air blast removes light dust and chaff.
Sieving & Separation: The seeds pass through a series of vibrating screen decks. The top screen removes oversized impurities, while the middle and bottom screens separate undersized grains, weed seeds, and splits.
Final Grading: A secondary aspiration process cleans the graded seeds one last time before they discharge through separate outlets, sorted by size and quality.
